Suggested Use

Shake well before use. Take 1 squeeze of the dropper (approximately 30 droplets — a very small amount) once or twice daily in water or juice. Note: 1 squeeze fills only a small portion of the dropper — this is intentional. This formula is highly concentrated.

When to Take: Best taken in the evening with dinner or 30–60 minutes before bed. This formula contains calming botanicals — Passionflower, Skullcap, Reishi, and Lemon Balm — that support nervous system wind-down and restful sleep. If taking twice daily, take the second dose at night before sleep.

Drowsiness Note: This formula may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking.

Usage Cycle: Use consistently for best results. Recommended: 8 weeks on, then a 2-week break before resuming. Maximum continuous use: 12 weeks.
