Directions for Use

Serving Size: 1 serving = 1 squeeze of the empty dropper bulb = 30 droplets

Servings Per Bottle: Approximately 60 servings per 2 oz bottle

•        Shake well before each use.

•        Squeeze the empty dropper bulb, place it in the bottle, then release — that is 1 serving (30 droplets).

•        Add to water, herbal tea, or juice — or take directly under the tongue.

•        Take 1 serving 1–3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

•        For best results, use consistently as part of your daily wellness routine.

•        For best absorption, take at least 30 minutes apart from prescription medications.

•        Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Cautions & Who Should Not Take This Product

Do NOT use this product if any of the following apply to you without first consulting a qualified healthcare provider:

•        Pregnant or nursing — Several herbs in this formula (including Mullein, Elecampane, and Nettle) have not been established as safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Elecampane in particular may stimulate uterine contractions.

•        Children under 12 years of age — Use is not recommended without physician guidance due to risk of allergy and sensitivity.

•        Known allergy to plants in the Asteraceae/Compositae family (ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds, daisies) — Elecampane belongs to this plant family and may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

•        Liver disease or conditions affecting the liver — Mullein contains coumarins which may not be appropriate for those with hepatitis, jaundice, or other liver conditions.

•        Kidney disease — Use with caution; consult your healthcare provider before use.

•        Scheduled surgery — Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before any planned surgical procedure. Elecampane may affect the central nervous system and interact with anesthesia.

•        Bleeding or blood clotting disorders — Nettle Leaf contains vitamin K which affects blood clotting. Mullein contains coumarins which may potentiate anticoagulants.

•        Diabetes medications / Blood sugar lowering drugs — Elecampane and Nettle may have blood sugar-lowering effects and could enhance the effects of diabetes medications.

•        Diuretics (water pills) — Nettle Leaf has mild diuretic properties and may compound the effects of prescription diuretics.

•        Sedatives / CNS Depressants (e.g. Valium, Ativan, Klonopin, Ambien, Xanax, sleep aids) — Elecampane may cause drowsiness and could intensify the sedative effects of these medications.

•        Blood pressure medications — Some herbs in this formula may have mild effects on blood pressure. Monitor closely and consult your provider.

•        Any oral medications — The mucilage content of Marshmallow Root may slow the absorption of oral medications. Take this product at least 1–2 hours apart from any prescription drugs.

•        Immunosuppressants — Consult your provider before use if you are on any immune-modulating medications.
